How a visit works
Ask for a time
Book online at any hour or call the desk before seven in the evening. We answer with a person and confirm within one business hour.
Meet your doctor
Thirty minutes for a first visit, twenty after that. Long enough to describe the problem twice, which is usually when the useful detail arrives.
Tests and referrals
Bloods are drawn here. Imaging and specialists are booked by our staff, not by you, and we tell you the wait before you leave the room.
Follow-up that follows
Results come back with a plain-language note, not a portal number. If something needs watching, we put the next visit in the diary before you go.
